The facility Director of HRC will make a determination as to the appropriateness of resident application request base upon an assessments, interview, and screening process.
RESIDENTS MUST:
-
Be age 18 or older
-
Have a primary psychiatric diagnosis
-
Be under the ongoing care of a psychiatrist
-
SSI and Medi-cal recipient or Program Sponsored
-
Payee service
-
Comply with recommended treatment plans
-
Have no significant medical problems
-
No violent behavior within the last six months of residency request
